We offer service/calibration/repairs of our customers laser levels and survey tools.
Please note that we charge an initial inspection fee of $110 in order to accurately assess the condition of your laser and understand exactly what needs to be repaired. The inspection fee is included in the total price of your repair.
This inspection fee is non-refundable.
We will also notify you of any additional costs to the repair of your instrument, such as part replacement and extra labour. If you live within the Perth Metropolitan area, we offer our customers a $22 charge to organise freight.
When ordering online, please note the laser type (for example rotary, multiline or dot/point), brand/model name and serial number. For example, "Topcon RL-H5A S/N: 12345".
Please consider that there is at least seven day turn around for your laser to be repaired and collected.
